Delivery Policy

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number once this has been generated.

There is a flat delivery fee of £3.99 on all orders to UK postal addresses. Orders of £35 or over will qualify for free delivery at checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days. However, due to sourcing difficulties there may be a delay in dispatching some of the titles - if there is an anticipated delay of more than a week we will be in touch to inform you of this. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order for a full refund with delivery costs, provided that part of your order has not already been partially dispatched, in which case you will be offered a refund minus delivery charges.

Please note that some books are dispatched separately, so your order may arrive on different days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. You will not be charged any extra delivery fees for this.

We deliver to all UK postal addresses. For any customers who would like an international delivery, please contact us at hello@juniperbythesea.com to discuss this further.

The delivery courier will return any orders that haven't been successfully delivered after multiple attempts. Should this happen, you will be offered the opportunity to pay for delivery again, otherwise the order will be refunded to you minus the delivery costs.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Any orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled free of charge for a full refund. Please contact us via email at hello@juniperbythesea.com as soon as possible.

We accept returns without any reason required within 28 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping costs. You will need to cover the cost of return postage.

You must notify us within 14 days of your order, and you will have a further 14 days to return the order. Merchandise must be returned in their original condition, unused and unread. Shrink-wrapped merchandise must be unopened. Please email hello@juniperbythesea.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to return.

A returns address will be provided via email - please do not use the company's office address for returns. The returns address varies depending on your specific order so please get in touch.

We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns, as we can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the Merchandise.

Once the item has been received, provided it is in the original condition, a full refund (excluding the shipping costs paid at the time of order) will be issued to the original payment method within 5 - 7 business days, taking into account any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
